Welcome
The WEIGHT Of It All:The Invisible Burden Project
Unpacking the mental load through public health, research, and lived experience
Hi, I’m Sarah Mosley—a DrPH student and public health researcher exploring the quiet crisis we call the mental load.
Through The Weight of It All: The Invisible Burden Project, I explore how cognitive labor, emotional strain, and invisible responsibilities disproportionately affect women’s health, relationships, and careers. This project blends academic research with lived experience to spark change in both public awareness and policy.Whether you're a fellow scholar, a caregiver, or someone navigating burnout—this space is for you.
